Views: 753 Description: This is a very easy ganache recipe which can be used to crumbcoat cakes. It sets quite hard so it can be used to frost cakes and cover them with fondant. Also this recipe is very quick, i.e, you don't have to wait for an hour for the ganache to set. Just whip it up and use!
NOTE-: When you will keep this in the refrigerator, this might turn hard. So you need to microwave it for not more than 5 seconds to bring it back to smooth consistency.
I suggest not to use this for filling cakes as it has a high amount of sugar. If you want to make a white chocolate ganache to fill between cake layers, just double or triple the amount of cream used here.
