Here is a simple mindfulness meditation that you can easily do at home, or at work. We are so busy nowadays and it is good to just stop for a few minutes to get centered and calm. Sometimes we think that we can't relax because we have too much to do. In fact we HAVE to relax BECAUSE we have so much to do!
Just listen to the simple instructions, then you'll hear a bell tone and 5 minutes of music. Just close your eyes, breathe naturally, and keep your attention on your body. The meditation will finish with the bell tone again.
