100 grams confectionare sugar
250 grams mascarpone (room temperature)
250 ml heavy cream (cold)
Garnish: Cocoa powder or cherries.
*Beat heavy cream for 6 minutes to 8 minutes
*Add the confectioner sugar.
*Add the mascarpone to the heavy cream; and beat until well combined (just a few seconds), or until smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
Transfer the frosting into a plastic bag fitted with 2D metal tip (or you favorite tip).
Frost each cupcake and garnish with cocoa powder! Then ENJOY!
Tip: Keep your cupcake cool, until the moment you serve! (BELIEVE ME it taste much better). The delicate mascarpone frosty with the dark chocolate cupcake feels like a party in your mouth)
